FAQ

The Floral Hire is a rent & return floral and decor company, based in the UK. We provide stunning faux silk wedding flower collections. Our florals & decor are available to rent at affordable prices. 

There is NO deadline, however we do recommend placing your order to 6 months prior to your wedding. We do ask for at least a minimum of 10 days out. If you are looking to book within 10 days of your event date, please reach out to us. If there is an issue with availability after you place your order we will contact you immediately.  

 

You can order a sample first by clicking on 'Order Sample pack' to check out the quality and colour combinations.  To place a sample order, add up to 2 items to select for samples.  Bridesmaid bouquets and centerpieces are available for samples at a special discounted rates .  Other pieces may be rented to sample at the regular prices. Sample packs are intended for at home trials, not for special events. If you would like to view our products for an event please place an order.

Sample packs are shipped within 1 to 7 business days after an order is placed. 

Yes! Of course you can mix & match products from different collections to achieve your desired look. 

We are based in Surrey, UK. We deliver UK wide via post. 

Yes! We have always take great pride in always picking florals that look real and we are perfectionists. We hand pick every stem and our number one rule is if we wouldn't have an arrangement at our wedding then it will not be in our collection. We scent all our florals.

No, we do not design custom collections by request. But we are always working on new designs and concepts and strive to offer a variety of on-trend wedding flower options. We do offer customization of our bouquets with varying ribbon colours. Feel free to contact us to find about latest collections that are in progress. Also you are able to mix & match pieces from different collections.

All of our centerpieces are shipped to you as pictured with the florals and container used. Centerpieces are secured tightly within the vase to withstand shipping conditions, so flowers cannot be removed. 

No! You will receive a prepaid shipping label along with instructions when you receive your order. Please reuse the box you received your items in. All shipping costs for the delivery and hire are included in your order.

 

No problem please return on the following working day. 

Yes, for each wedding we re-ribbon. After each use the bouquets are fully serviced to maintain their beauty.

Bouquets are to hire, but we know some brides want to keep their bouquet. Before placing your order please reach out to us with your request. 

We do ask you to look after all our bouquets which means keeping them off the ground. We have available to buy a Toss bouquet for £15 which is yours to keep. The toss bouquet is made of premium silk ivory peonies and coordinates perfectly with any of our collections you choose. Toss bouquets are not eligible for return.

We are a post order service. However we are part of the Love Lane Events group who provide a full onsite event service set up . They cover the whole of the south east of England and London. They also have access to all our products and can provide you with a quote. Please email info@lovelaneevents.com 

On all bookings a refundable holding deposit is added on top. This is to ensure items are returned back to us damage free and on time. If a product is not returned or is returned damaged beyond easy repair, you are responsible for 150% of the rental cost of that item. Once the items are returned please allow 7 working days for the holding deposit to be returned to you. 

All rental items are rented for a period of 6 days, beginning 3 days before the event date and ending 2 days after. Please return your order the next business day to avoid any late fees. Late fee will apply to orders not return date within the time.

We do allow for destination weddings. However, our products can only be shipped to a UK address. It will solely be the responsibility of the renter to ensure that our florals are transported and handled with care to and from the destination location and shipped back once in the UK. Extendable hire rates may apply. 

At this time we are not allowing visits to our warehouse.  Please order a sample if you would like to see the blooms in person or schedule a video call with us so we can show you your top 4 products.
